Below you will find the medical disclaimer. Dr. Justin T. Hammon is a Doctor of Chiropractic and does not claim to be a medical doctor, doctor of osteopathic, physician assistant, nurse or any other allopathic health care provider. Dr Justin has certifications in acupuncture, pediatrics & pregnancy, wellness care, health coaching, functional medicine, brain rehab, and physiotherapy.

update your PII or request that your PII no longer is shared by NLHC. In the case that your user name or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission, promptly contact NLHC at info@nextlevelhealthcenter.com to update the PII we have on file for you.
