This meal planning website was created to simply your nutrition. It was designed to remove and replace your current food allergies and make a customize meal plan using your likes and dislikes. The end goal of this website is to make sure you get the required nutrients to heal your brain, hormones, and body and make food allergies a thing of the past.

With just a few clicks of a button you can:

  • Find seasonal approved recipes with all the required nutrients to support the body during the healing process

  • Make a personalized seasonal meal plan for 1 week, 2 weeks, or even a month with your favorite foods while excluding and replacing those food allergies with a healthy equal in nutrient alternative.

Seasonal Brainfit Exercise Program

Brainfit Program

The Seasonal Brainfit Exercise Program was created to retrain and restore communication from the brain to the body and back to the brain. In other words, it changes brain function. This is why we call it the Brainfit Exercise Program.

The average results those those that commit and follow the program is:

  • Add on 7-9 lbs of lean muscle, increase height, normalized posture, restore normal curves in spine, 5-10 lbs of weight lost, and 8-10 inches lost over the body.

Just like our bodies require certain nutrients in each season, our body and brain require different movements and exercises in each season...Don't worry I did all the heavy lifting for you and put it into an easy-to-follow program including:

  • 4 different 91-Day seasonal programs (one for each season)

  • Daily videos demonstrating each exercise

  • Each daily exercise has 4 videos (versions) depending on your level of health.

  • Most if not all the exercise can be done in the comfort of your own home with just a few pieces of equipment.

Nutraceuticals & Herbs

Supplements are NOT designed to replace food...Nothing even if it has lost it nutrient value by depleted soil is better as a supplement. There are so many vitamins, minerals, and nutrients you can only get in a harmonious dose from the food that is impossible to replace in a supplement. Food has a vibrational, energetic, and adaptive properties you can only get and need in each season that cannot be replaced by a supplement. This is why we use food first, Nutraceuticals & Herbs second, and finally supplements just to supported the body.

With that being said, the quality, source, and ingredients matter. Just because it has more ingredients on the label doesn't mean it is better (in fact less is usually better). I usually recommend a total of 5-7 nutraceuticals, herbs, & supplements in each season to support the body. More than this cause more problems than it helps.

Seasonal Biomarkers

Your body adapts and changes with every season. The demand and requirements of the body and brain change with each season. You need more cholesterol in the fall and winter than in spring and summer to build up hormone reserves. You will see more changes in the liver enzymes in the spring and fall due to the body detoxing. You will see more immune markers in the winter to fight infections. Triglycerides will be higher in the winter. Finally you will see insulin and glucose decrease in the spring and summer months. The list goes on and on...

This is why we cannot use the standard ranges we see on your blood work as a healthy range. You need to look at your labs from seasonal "functional ranges" in order to see what is working and what is not working. This will allows us to know what the body needs each season in the form of food, movement, nutraceuticals, herbals, and supplements.

These labs give us a detailed picture of how you interact with your new environment, seasonal food, each seasons, stress, seasonal supplementation, and seasonal exercise. They also tell us which organs, tissues, and cells are struggling before it is becomes to late and causes a much bigger problem in the future.
